Steve Glynn, Recycling Compliance Manager


As the Recycling Compliance Manager for Waste Management, Steve’s mission is to improve commercial recycling opportunities throughout the Inland Empire. Steve will be working directly with City Staff assisting them with AB939 issues and reporting.

Steve came to Waste Management in 2002 starting in the construction services division in the Inland Empire. He moved into a Commercial Sales position in 2003 working in the Downtown Los Angeles area specializing in recycling for the Los Angeles market. In 2005 he moved back into the Inland Empire area as the Recycling Sales Representative for the Corona branch. Prior to coming to work for Waste Management in 2002, Steve worked as a General Manager for a corporate housing company in Orange County for seven years.

Steve was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. He currently resides in Temecula, California with his wife Jenny, and three small children. Steve enjoys spending his free time coaching his son’s soccer, baseball, and football teams.
