Nicole Belcher, El Sobrante’s Operations Specialist, has been with Waste Management for five years. Her main responsibility is to keep our fleet in compliance with our strict maintenance schedule. Her job is integral to assuring that our machines are working properly to maintain productivity at the landfill.
Nicole has over ten years working in the heavy maintenance industry; she started off in the trucking industry and worked her way up to her current position. Nicole enjoys working at Waste Management because of the growth opportunities and the flexibility the job offers her as a working mom.
A native Californian, Nicole currently resides in Perris with her husband, Tom, of seventeen years and their two very active boys; Talan, 22 months, and one-year-old Maddox.
The family enjoys the outdoors, going boating at Lake Havasu, dirt biking at off road parks and looking for great nature spots where they can camp in their motor home. She warns us that one day we might find her family camping out in our wildlife preserve - -we keep a close eye on her.
Whenever she finds time, Nicole enjoys winding down by listening to all genres of music while either sewing or cross-stitching. One of her favorite things to do, is trying out recipes from the Food Network programs, however, her specialty is German food.
